GRADING

Once the storm water management and all of the sediment control devises are securely in place, Southern Land begins its “Grading” operation.

UTILITIES

Southern Land installs all of the necessary water, sewer and storm drain utility lines under the roadways in conformance to governmental requirements and once inspected and approved, it dedicates all of these “Utilities” to the municipality.

FIBER OPTICS

Southern Land arranges with suppliers of state of the art “Fiber Optics” and arranges for their underground installation to provide to each future homeowner while avoiding undesirable and unsightly above ground telephone and electric poles.

SIDEWALK, CURBS, GUTTERS

Southern Land creates comfortably walkable and scenic sidewalks on the frontage of almost every lot it has developed in its history. These “Sidewalks” lead to public open spaces and amenities for recreational use for homeowners and their guests in every Southern Land project.

ROADS

Southern Land is locally well known for its creative design of attractive tree lined curved “Roads” in lieu of boring and unimaginative straight gridiron designs.

LANDSCAPING

“Landscaping” is always of paramount concern for Southern Land as it shields its projects from existing neighborhoods and beautifies its communities with abundant landscaping of tree species and plant life indigenous to the local area that will thrive and continue to grow for future generations.
